OBSERVATIONS
• There will be no confirmation of registration until the corresponding fee payment voucher has been received.
• If you wish a bill to be issued, please fill in all the required data.
• Access to the Congress premises will not be allowed for persons not having paid the registration fees.
• The identification card must be shown in order to obtain access to the Congress premises.
INSCRIPTION AS A CONGRESS PARTICIPANT ENTITLES YOU TO:

• Present oral or poster presentations
• Working lunches • Coffee breaks • Closure dinner
• Free access to all areas of the Congress
• Official Congress documentation kit
• Certification of having presented a paper
• Diploma of attendance
CANCELLATIONS
Up to three (3) months prior to the Congress celebration date, 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. From that date onwards and up to one (1) month prior to the celebration date, 50% of the fee will be reimbursed. For later cancellations there will be no reimbursement.
